Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Venn, the website and app at this address and in the app stores. By creating an account or using Venn you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Venn.

The beta

Venn is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may reset or limit access while we improve it. We’ll try to give notice of big changes, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors.

Your account

  • You need a Google or Apple account to sign in, and you must be at least 18 years old.
  • Keep your device and sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • A household has two members. Only invite someone you share a home with.
  • Beta codes and partner codes are personal. Don’t sell or publish them.

Your content

What you add to Venn (lists, quests, notes, logs, photos) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it to you and your household member only so Venn can work, including sending some of it to our AI provider for the AI features described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Fair use

Don’t use Venn to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Health and money features

The toddler logs, insights and doctor summary are a record you keep, not medical advice. The zakat calculator and home-bill totals are tools, not financial or religious rulings. Always check with a doctor, scholar or adviser for decisions that matter.

Prices

Venn is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before you are charged anything, and paid features will be clearly marked.

Ending

You can stop using Venn and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the beta or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut Venn down, we’ll give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

Liability

Venn is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for missed reminders, lost data or decisions made using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: mohd.asim.mnnit@gmail.com.
